Housing Service for tenants

Service Logement social workers provide information and advice to tenants and landlords on all matters relating to housing (lease contracts, rental guarantees, rehousing allowances, condition of accommodation, etc.) :

• Questions about the main residence lease
• Help with drafting correspondence
• Administrative assistance in submitting social and/or financial applications to the relevant bodies
• Visits to problem homes and support with procedures
• Housing-related information workshops
• Mediation between tenants and landlords
